Gather to honor the memory of Brian as friends & family place a memorial cross at the intersection of W Monroe St & N Washington St. This vigil is not only a time to remember and reflect but also to bring awareness to the dangers of this intersection.

Event Time: Check-in: 9:30 AM, Ceremony: 10:00 AM

Details:
Everyone is welcome to join in honoring the lives lost on 9/11 and commemorating first responders and military personnel. Participants will walk, run, or roll 2.2 miles on the Nickel Plate Trail with a backpack filled with new non-perishable items, symbolizing the load carried by our military and first responders.

How to Participate:
•Bring a new backpack filled with new non-perishable items (food, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, etc.).
•All donations go to Jackson Street Commons & Coordinated Assistance Ministries for homeless veterans.
•Friends, family, and pets (on leashes) are welcome.

Extras:
•Free t-shirt for participants (while supplies last).
•Registration required by August 26, 2024.
