WFS - New Timekeeping System
CATS is moving to Workforce Software.
Starting Monday, April 27, 2026, all hourly employees will use Workforce Software to view schedules, review hours, and request time off.
fca (all lowercase) in the
Account field, then tap Next and sign in with your TID.

Important dates
- TueApr 21, 2026Schedules for the week of 4/27 become available for management review.
- MonApr 27, 2026WFS goes live - first punch in Workforce Software.
- TueApr 28, 2026Legacy CATS closes and becomes read-only.
- TueMay 5, 2026Review all exceptions. Payroll processing begins at noon EST.
Let your Manager know right away if you see any issues with your hours or a request from the prior week.

How to log in
The process is mostly the same on web and mobile — the mobile app has one extra step up front.
- Mobile app only — enter the suite login code.On the WorkForce Suite app login screen, type
fca(lowercase) in the Account field and tap Next. Skip this step if you're signing in from the browser. - Enter your TID.Same ID you use for TMS, Employee Central, and ePay.
- Sign in.If you have a Microsoft work account, you'll be sent to the Authenticator. Otherwise, enter the password tied to your TID.
- Update your password if prompted.The site will direct you to the Password Wizard. If you run into trouble, reach out to your local IT team.

Calling in an absence or PAA? Use the current call in line or website.
WFS handles scheduling, time off requests, and your timesheet. To report an absence the day of, keep using the existing system - nothing changes here when WFS goes live.
